About The Organization

Jyothi Biogas and Rural Social Service centre was organized in the year 1999 with the aim of generating biogas in rural and urban areas by constructing biogas plants .Mr. A. Alfred is the secretary of the centre. State level awards for energy conservation are presented to the Centre by the Government of Kerala, which has approved the organization as a turn key agent. Over 650 deenbandhu model biogas plants have been constructed during the past five years.

Our Aim

To serve the people and community by way of constructing Biogas plants for people's cooking and lighting needs and to serve the community irrespective of caste, creed and language. the unique firm in Kerala which is producing electricity by the help of generator by means 100% biogas.

 

Works Undertaken

1. Connecting Biogas plants with generator for electrical energy.

2.Erecting Biogas plants in hotels, corporations, municipalities, panchayath, hospitals, etc.

3.Construction of Deenabandhu model Biogas plants in villages and corporation areas.

 

Welfare Measures

1.Medical aid to the poor.

2.Home for aged and mentally retarded.

3.Supplying of free books to students.

4.Mother and child care programme.

 

Awareness Camps

We conduct camps regularly for generating awareness regarding health issues, social problems and educational matters.

 

Appeal

We earnestly seek the collaboration and support to our centre for implementing various welfare programmes including assistance to the poor, aged, mentally retarded, and battered men and women.
